It identifies and addresses the fingerprints left behind by life's events in our Chi energy system. Before you leave the house, pause for a few minutes concentrating on your breathing. As you breath in, visualise how a protective airbag develops around you, bouncing off any hectic or emotional tension.

Tip 2:

Dont put yourself last, your needs matter too. Gently dissipate this tense feeling in your solar plexus by breathing deeply and calmly. With each breath, let stress dissipate and imagine how peace and calmness radiates through you.

Tip 3:

Drop the expectations everybody puts on you and just love yourself for the wonderful being you are. When you radiate happiness and serenity, it will be infectious on everybody else around you.

Inner wellbeing and a feeling of serenity and contentment can be influenced greatly by the health and vibrancy of our energy system. Many well respected therapies inspired by Eastern medicine principles such as acupuncture, reflexology and Reiki work with this energy flow and achieve great results.As much as it is frustrating that modern science and technology has not been able to provide validated research on how energy medicine works, the effect such treatments have are profound. Crystalline Skincare

My clients report profound effects that Crystalline Healing has on them and have continuously challenged me to provide them with some form of 'healing in a jar' to take home. Having worked in the fast moving world of global manufacturing and experienced the struggle of 'never enough time for me', I set out to create the ultimate solution that would allow easy integration into a busy life.

I had started to listen to the tapping on my shoulders by then, and so guided received in a meditation the Crystalline Aura & Chakra natural skincare concept. As our skin is such an important part of us and most of people engage in a daily skincare regime of some kind, it was only logical that a carefully formulated highly effective product range would be the ideal carrier of healing vibrations and light released by activated gemstones and crystals, thus providing my clients with what they had requested. So I set out to raid nature's treasure chest for the most effective and over the centuries well tested botanicals, marine extracts and naturally derived ingredients I could find. Crystalline Skincare is designed for the modern person who expects the best, so only that was good enough, ranging from the provernance of the ingredients, packaging and ease of integration into a busy lifestyle. For many years I operated in a world of Quality Assurance of luxury products when I was heading up the Quality office at Aston Martin, so with the same approach Crystalline was developed, tested and manufactured.
